She has studied at OCADU and currently holds a Bachelor of Design with illustration as her major.
Cindy Fan (She/Her) is a freelance illustrator and night owl who specializes in bringing stories to life in an immersive, ethereal manner for digital and print media.
She is especially interested in writing that explores themes of diaspora, decolonization, migration, queerness, isolation, exclusion, and climate justice. Her work has been previously published in THIS Magazine, Strange Horizons, Anathema Spec, and more.
